Join Anastasia and Rocio for an intimate workshop as we learn the basics of shamanic journeying, with hapé (sacred tobacco) as a grounding anchor.
A profound tool, shamanic journeying is an ancient practice that allows us to travel into upper and lower spiritual realms to convene with spirit, connect with self and deepen our healing path. Similar to a daydream, journeying is an astral trip or shift in consciousness that brings us in direct conversation with compassionate, healed and helpful spirits—be it our higher self, ancestors, teachers and power animals.
Hapé is given to seekers before a big plant medicine journey to ground the spirit and allow one to connect with the body—a perfect addition to this workshop. We will offer two rounds, at the start and end of the workshop, for those who want to take it. For those taking hapé, please do not eat anything up to 2 hours before attending; suggested diet 24 hours prior: no meat, dairy or processed sugar.
This is an introductory workshop. No prior knowledge, special skills or lineage needed. For more on shamanic journeying, see http://www.nadatodo.com/shamanic-journeying/.
Herbal tea and light snacks will be provided. If time remains, we may do individual shamanic healing sessions in community by donation.
Space is limited; workshop is held at Rocio’s home (Main and 41st). To RSVP, text/call Anastasia at 604-992-9024 or Rocio at 778-886-5559. Cash/etransfer to info@nadatodo.com. See you on the other side!
