Description

A salve made with sun-infused organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) extracts using aspen buds and bark, pine buds and bark, and rose petals, rose buds and rose hips—mixed with poplar-infused EVOO and local beeswax.

Aspen is a natural preservative high in salicin and is great for the skin. It also has anti-inflammatory, pain relieving, fever reducing properties. Pine shares many of the same qualities and is a muscle relaxant with a soothing scent for the nerves and lungs; it is a decongestant, restorative, diuretic and expectorant and high in vitamin C. While rose is cooling and moisturizing, a heart tonic, mild-sedative, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and increases circulation; rose hips are high in vitamin C and contains vitamins A, B3, D, E and iron.
