The plants, herbs and mushrooms in my medicines are locally and ethically sourced. I only take what I need and create extracts, elixirs, tinctures and salves in small batches. For more information on what these all are, see my medicine-making page.

Please consult your doctor/do your own due diligence before taking any of these products, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a pre-existing medical condition. And lastly, I want to speak to intention. Often we take natural medicines to get better, to improve, to strengthen. While these are all great reasons, I ask that you take into account the herb, plant, tree and/or mushroom that is in the bottle or jar, and consider building a relationship with it. Whether you apply it on your skin—or ingest it drop by drop—set an intention with each application. Use tinctures, extracts and elixirs daily for a few weeks or a month to connect and take stock of what comes up for you. Use salves daily and see what changes come your way. In the end, nature is here for us to commune with it. In this light, may these medicines uplift and empower you.

Disclaimer + important notes

While I can ship my products, I encourage people to come and pick up when they can. This way we can encourage a local economy and I can keep prices affordable.

I love the arts and all things beautiful but to keep things simple, I’m not investing in fancy labels. Rather everything is basic and handwritten. My focus is on what’s inside the bottle, not what’s outside. My liquid medicines come in dark bottles that are either 30ml or 50ml in size, each with its own dropper; and my salves in clear glass 100ml jars with a sealable lid.

Equally, you may have noticed that I don’t prescribe dose amounts. I don’t know your intention for taking the medicine, what medications you’re on or what condition you’re trying to treat. As such, it’s imperative you do your own research, learn more about natural products and their contraindications (outlined in each product description here) and ultimately take the reins of your own health on this journey.
